A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF ELIZABETH TO REQUEST AN ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OPINION CONCERNING HOLDING A TAX SALE ON PROPERTIES FOR NONPAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE LIENS
WHEREAS, Resolution 132-2025 gives authority for the Village Attorney to request an opinion from the Louisiana Attorney General as to whether the Village should place properties at Tax Sale for unpaid Advalorem Taxes and Property Liens.
THE ABOVE RESOLUTION was presented on the 22nd day of April, 2025 in a regular meeting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Elizabeth Board of Aldermen hereby adopts Resolution 132-2025 in a regular called meeting at the Elizabeth Village Hall at 6:30p.m. on April 22, 2025.
