Responses to an Invitation to Bid will be received by the Allen Parish School Board, 1111 West Seventh Avenue (LA Hwy 26), Oberlin, Louisiana 70655, for the Reroofing of Oberlin High School until 2:00 P.M. CDT Thursday, November 16, 2023. Bid responses will be opened at that time, taken under advisement and evaluated. LAND FOR SALE
The Village of Elizabeth will be selling immovable Surplus Property with a minimum bid by means of sealed bids. The minimum bid is set at $7000.00. The Surplus Property is located at 307 Cypress Street, Elizabeth, LA. The Parcel No. is 0550016860. The tract of land is 0.27acres being located at Lot 20, Block 7 on Cypress Street in Elizabeth, LA. It is zoned for Single Family Residential. This property is open for sealed bids from August 14 – November 13, 2023 at 12noon.
The sealed Bids will be opened at the Council Meeting at 6:30pm on November 13, 2023 at the Elizabeth Community center located at 210 East Main Street in Elizabeth, LA. Please mark the front of sealed bid envelope as “307 Cypress Street Bid”. Please make sure your name, address and phone number is listed on actual bid.
