In early September 2023, the Allen Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Agents received information regarding illegal narcotics activities involving Terry Davis, 52, of Oakdale. Following the investigation, agents obtained the necessary probable cause to secure search warrants for two locations, according to Sheriff Doug Hebert III.
On Monday, October 2, agents executed these warrants simultaneously in Oakdale, leading to the discovery of illegal narcotics at both sites. Terry Davis was apprehended and subsequently booked into the Allen Parish Jail on a charge of possession with intent to distribute CDS (controlled dangerous substance) Schedule II (crack cocaine).
Additionally, during the execution of the search warrants, Kendrick Robinson, 37, of Oakdale, was encountered and found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Robinson was released on citation, charged with possession of CDS Schedule I (marijuana).
