This fire was recorded on Highway 190, west of Kinder, past the sale barn. It happened Monday afternoon, June 26. Kinder Fire Chief Jacob LaCour (Allen Parish Fire District Four) was out of town, but he thought the fire was contained to a shop area from the preliminary results he had at press time.
