The Kinder Rotary Club will host a golf tournament on Friday, March 18, at the Koasati Pines at Coushatta.
Rotarian Mike Karam explained this will be an 18-hole event, three player scramble tournament. Entry fee is $100 per person, which will include green fees, cart, team prizes, lunch and t-shirt.
Team prizes will be awarded, as well as individual prizes. Golfers will have a chance to compete for awards – closet pin contest and longest drive.
Entry forms should be returned to the Kinder Rotary Club Golf Tournament, P.O. Box 1115, Kinder. Please make checks payable to the Kinder Rotary. Be sure to include your t-shirt size.
On the day of the tournament, registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the shotgun start will be at 8:30 a.m.
Rotarians also are seeking sponsors. T-shirt sponsors will be sold for $75. Hole sponsors will be $100. To be a t-shirt and hole sponsor, the cost is $150. GPS cart sponsors will be $200, and team sponsors are $300 ($100 per each player in a three-man team).
Karam said door prize donations also are appreciated if a business or person would like to donate a door prize.
