OBERLIN – Oberlin High School is celebrating Homecoming Week with traditional activities.
On Thursday, October 10, there will be the PowderPuff Football Game at 5:30 p.m. on Tiger Field. Admission is $3 admission.
The school’s Pep Rally and Bonfire activities will follow the PowderPuff game at approximately 6:30 p.m. There is no admission fee.
The king will be crowned at the pep rally Thursday evening.
The parade will kickoff Friday, October 11, at 1 p.m. Lineup starts at the fairgrounds at 12:30 p.m. Grand Marshals will be Abraham II (Poochie) and Ann McCleon.
The Alumni Reception will be in the gym at 5:30 p.m. Classes to be recognized this year are 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999 and 2009.
The game on Friday, October 11, will kickoff at 7 p.m. The queen will be announced at halftime.
The school’s homecoming dance will be held in the gym from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday, October 12.

Oberlin High Junior Maids and Representative are Courtlyn Guillory, Aidan Reed, Autumn Reed and Bracie Douglas.
Oberlin High Sophomore Maids and Representative are Kristian Anderson, Adameon Botley and Kamryn McMahonff Oberlin High Freshman Maids and Representative are Noah Carter, Gracie Chatman and Jesika Chatman.
